Uniformly rename multiple variables at once. Uniformly all occurrences of what and what' to repl and repl' and vice versa, for all (what,repl) in renames.

Performs semantic renaming, i.e. leaves program constants etc. unmodified.

true to also support program constants, predicationals etc and leaving them unmodified. 'false' to clash instead.
